NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsors, One World Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, ("TTIPE") and The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Bloggers that have previously worked with Sponsor over the past three (3) years are also not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes entry period starts at 12:01 a.m. EDT, Thursday, April 9, 2015, and ends at midnight EDT on Friday, May 8, 2015.

Entries must be submitted prior to midnight EDT on Friday, May 8, 2015, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Upon submission, entries shall become the property of TTIPE. Sponsors reserve the right to use your entry and any comments or images submitted in future marketing campaigns. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. To enter, you must have a valid Facebook account, "like" Arctic Cove on Facebook, complete all fields on the entry form located at http://woobox.com/2rknp4, and sign up for the ARCTIC COVE email list. Incomplete, garbled or inaccurate entries are ineligible.

A total of four (4) winners will be randomly selected each Friday during the course of the Sweepstakes and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Weekly winner will receive an ARCTIC COVE 18V Bucket Top Misting Fan (Product #MBF0181), with an approximate retail value of Ninety-nine Dollars ($99 APR), or a substitution of equal or greater value as determined solely by TTIPE, an ARCTIC COVE Multi-Wrap (Product #MAC520), with an approximate retail value of Nineteen Dollars and Ninety-Seven Cents ($19.97 APR), or a substitution of equal or greater value as determined solely by TTIPE, and an ARCTIC COVE 22oz. Drink N Mist (Product #MDMB001), with an approximate retail value of Nine Dollars and Ninety-seven Cents ($9.97 APR), or a substitution of equal or greater value as determined solely by TTIPE. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on Saturday, May 9, 2015. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to announce the winner during or near the week following the Sweepstakes drawing. Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) Three-day General Admission passes to the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama ($500 APR), Hotel accommodations in Gulf Shores, Alabama ($1,000 APR), Home Depot Gift Card ($100 APR), Visa Gift Card ($400 APR), $600 worth of ARCTIC COVE products, with an approximate retail value for the Grand Prize package of $3,000 Dollars.

The winners will be required to provide full name and street address, sign an affidavit of eligibility, a release and a Publicity Release, where permitted. Winners are not entitled to exchange, transfer the prize or obtain a cash substitute. Prizes include shipping and handling. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If any winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of first notification attempt, by phone or email, if any winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsors are located at 1428 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at anytime in its sole discretion.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by Sweepstakes rules and by decisions of judges, which are final as to all Sweepstakes-related matters. In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that may be won, entrants agree to release Sponsors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and the officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable) without further compensation unless prohibited by law. These official rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

Sponsors are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled electronic transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsors shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the Facebook account, not the name provided in the affidavit of eligibility.
